(3) When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or restrict the processing if there are statutory retention obligations.
(4) If we use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. In doing so, we will also state the defined criteria for the storage period.

§ 2 Legal basis of processing
The Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO serves our company as the legal basis for processing operations in which we obtain your consent for a specific processing purpose. For such processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of inquiries about our products or services, the processing is based on Art. 6 para. p. 1 lit. b DSGVO. If our company is subject to a legal obligation by which the processing of personal data becomes necessary, such as for the fulfillment of obligations under the TTDSG or Telemedia Act, the processing is based on Art. 6 para. p. 1 lit. c DSGVO. Ultimately, processing operations could also be based on Art. 6 para. p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Processing operations that are not covered by any of the aforementioned legal bases are based on this legal basis if the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not overridden.

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

§ 4 Data subject rights
(1) You have the following rights vis-à-vis us pursuant to Art. 13 (2) lit b DS-GVO with regard to the personal data concerning you:

Right to restriction of processing,
Right to object to processing,
right to data portability.

§ 5 Duration of the storage of personal data
The duration of the storage of personal data is measured on the basis of the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law). After expiry of this period, the correspending data will be routinely deleted, provided that is no longer required for the performance of the contract or the initiation of the contract and/or there is no further legitimate interest on our part in its continued storage.

§ 6 Cookies
(1) Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on the computer system of a user. § 7 General collection of personal data when visiting our website.
In the case of merely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO):

§ 9 References to third-party websites
Occasionally we refer to content of other providers on our website. For this purpose, we use links or links from objects, these are marked accordingly and only when you click on a link your data (IP address, time of clicking, the page on which you clicked on the link, information about your Internet browser) to the provider. This is technically necessary in order to display the content to you. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, our legitimate interest is to be able to offer you a complete, easy-to-use information offer.

§ 10 SSL encryption
The transmission of our website to your end device and your data to our server is encrypted according to the current state of the art. Depending on the browser you are using, you can recognize this in the address field, by the preceding "https://", the lock symbol, or similar.
The encrypted transmitted data cannot be viewed or changed by third parties. Furthermore, the sender of the data is clearly identifiable.
